Bishal leads the trekking side of the guest experience with a calm and dependable field presence. His role is centered on practical trail support, route awareness, and maintaining a comfortable, safety-conscious experience throughout the journey.
He represents the local heart of the company on the ground — helping guests feel supported not only through guiding, but also through steady communication, situational awareness, and a responsible approach in the mountains.

Atul Bista
Company-side management, legal structure, documentation, and client coordination
Atul supports the company through legal oversight, documentation processes, and day-to-day operational coordination in Nepal. In addition to his legal and administrative responsibilities, he also plays an important role in client handling, trip briefings, and company-side communication.
His position strengthens the company both structurally and operationally — bringing professionalism to internal processes while helping ensure that guests receive organized, clear, and well-managed support before and during their trip.

Santosh leads the broader direction of the company through founder-level planning, digital coordination, and international-facing communication. He is also responsible for the company’s website, marketing efforts, and client outreach in Europe, helping connect travelers directly with trusted local support in Nepal.
This role acts as a bridge between Europe and Nepal — supporting prospective guests with clearer consultation, stronger digital presentation, and more direct communication before the journey begins. It combines founder vision with modern operational thinking and market-facing strategy.
